Orissa boy Avilash Mishra clinched a creditable double by winning both the singles and doubles titles in the All India Tennis Association (AITA) Under-12 Talent Series Tournament at Dalhousie Institute in Kolkata on today. Top seed Avilash won the singles final, outplaying second seed Sanil Jagtiani (West Bengal) in straight sets of 6-2, 6-3.
Earlier, he combined with Nishant Kumar (Bihar) to claim the doubles crown, defeating West Bengal duo of Sanil Jagtiani and Ritwik Chatterjee 4-1, 4-2 in the final.
